Cancellations 

Your appointment is very important to me and reserved especially for you. Whilst I understand sometimes changes are necessary, I respectfully ask that you let me know at least 48 hours in advance so I can fill the appointment otherwise you will need to pay a non refundable booking fee to rebook an appointment.
